Congratulations, we have successfully completed the first 18-months of the GoodNEWS Trial! All of you have done such a tremendous job in making the GoodNEWS program succesful within your congregation. We would like to celebrate your success and discuss the next 18-month phase of the GoodNEWS program. Your input is very valuable in developing this next phase, so your attendance is very much appreciated. We can’t wait to see you on June 10!

Health Matters 2010 – An Open House to Affordable Healthcare

Free Diabetes Community Health Fair

People with diabetes are high risk for kidney problems and may not be aware of kidney problems when they have them. Come out to the free diabetes health fair to check your kidneys!

Diabetes & Heart Disease Prevention Seminar #2 (general community post)

The American Diabetes Association and American Heart Association invite you to learn more about diabetes prevention and cardiovascular disease! The goal is to train lay health promoters and health professionals on healthy lifestyle curriculums to educate their community.
